William “Bill” Muma, age 75, of Gladwin, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. He was born on November 15, 1949, the son of Harold and Betty (Fiser) Muma, in Roscommon County. On March 11, 1972, Bill married the love of his life, Diana Strump. Together they shared 53 years filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Bill was a member of the Iron Worker Local 25 in Detroit, where he worked for many years until his retirement. He was also the Owner/Operator of Central Michigan Pallet.
Bill had a deep love for the outdoors, often spending his time playing golf, playing on his tractor moving dirt, mowing the lawn, and getting out in the woods. He enjoyed going to the casino and travelling to Arizona. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren and supporting them through their sporting careers.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Diana; children: Chad William (April) Muma; Brad Wesley (Angie) Muma; Shelley Lynn (Jason Skrzysinski); grandchildren: Braxtin, Drake, Ashtyn, Preston, Reese, Levi, Suri, Xander, Landon, and Chey; great-granddaughter: Sutton; sisters: Beverly Bright and Tonya (Kevin) Veneble; sister-in-laws: Marla and Kim; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Mike, Ted, Mark, and Larry.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 1:00-6:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. Bill will be laid to rest at Butman Township Cemetery in Gladwin.
