Randall D. Morse, age 76, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on September 14, 1949, in Midland, Michigan to Stanley and Clara (Tohm) Morse. He spent his childhood in Beaverton, growing up alongside his 3 brothers and 2 sisters: Bob, Ron, Jerry, Janene, and Sandy (his twin sister). He joined the Michigan National Guard in 1968. He married his high school sweetheart, Peggy Clingan, on October 4, 1969. They were blessed with two sons, Johnathan Walter and Brent Randall.

Randy was a heavy equipment mechanic and was employed at the Midland Armory. He achieved the rank of Warrant Officer 3 and was supervisor at the maintenance shop at the armory for over 20 years. He retired in 2003, after 34 years.

He enjoyed trout fishing with his brothers and nephew, Mike. He loved deer hunting, rabbit hunting, and spending time on the lake with his boys. He even had a safety meeting for work in the boat on the lake.

He passed on his love of fishing to his sons and nephews. He coached little league and could always be found on the sidelines when the boys were playing football.

He was preceded in death by his infant sons: Chrisopher Michael and Matthew Allen; parents: Stanley and Clara; brothers: Ron and Bob; sister: Janene Young.

Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Beaverton. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.
