Phyllis Searfoss

Phyllis E. Searfoss, 76, of Gladwin, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, Midland. She was born on November 11, 1943, the daughter of Clayton and Nellie (Sampson) Hollenbaugh in Gladwin. In 1966, she was united in marriage to her true love, Leonard Searfoss. He preceded her in death in 2010. Phyllis spent most of her life as a homemaker and was loved living on her small farm. Phyllis took pride in keeping her gardens immaculate and taking care of her farm animals.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jane Ramey of Gladwin, Joyce Searfoss of Gladwin, and John Searfoss of Gladwin; brother: Lyle (Phyllis) Hollenbaugh of Wolverine; along with several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son in-law: Danny Ramey; and sister: Rosetta.
