Nancy Lewis, age 86, of Gladwin, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1939, the daughter of William and Alta (Singer) Schryer, in Jackson, MI. Nancy married the love of her life, Orv Lewis. Together, they shared many years filled with love and cherished memories until he preceded her in death in 1988.
Nancy loved to read and adored animals—which she passed on to her family. She was an active member of the Albright Shores Eagles Club and loved hanging out there with everyone.
She is survived by her daughters: Cheryl Dewey and Dawn Pettitt; grandson: Kori (Christin) Marvin; and great-grandchildren: Max and Adelaide.
She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Albright Shores Eagles Club.
