Lynn Powell, age 81, of Gladwin, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. He was born on October 13, 1943, the son of Baskem and Goldie Powell in Oldham, KY. Lynn enjoyed horse racing, playing poker, and gardening. He liked watching Kentucky Wildcat Basketball and Football.
He is survived by his sons: Anthony Powell, Walter (Megan) Powell, and Derek Powell; grandchildren: Jessie Powell, Colin Powell, Sean Powell, Sarah (Jonathan) Davis, Alexandria (Brandon) Pulliam, and Elizabeth Powell; and great-grandchildren: Madison Wright, Jackson Powell, June Pulliam, and Wynn Pulliam.
He was preceded in death by his daughter: Amanda Powell; brother: Edward Powell; parents: Baskem and Goldie; and nephews: Clinton King, William King, and David Powell.
