Linda J. Doba, 73, of Gladwin passed away at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, August 28, 2022. She was born on August 26, 1949 the daughter of Edward and Edna (Conner) Mansfield in Detroit. She was a store manager for Geoffrey Beene and an income tax analysist until her retirement in 2015. She was also a real estate agent for many years. She had many hobbies including motorcycles, shopping, watersports, and traveling in her fifth wheel. She loved animals, going horseback riding, and her red dobie, “Shea”. Her favorite thing to do was to sit by a campfire, enjoying time with friends and drinking totties.

Left to cherish her memory is her partner: Randy Benner; and her children, daughter: Brenda (Kyle) Puska and their son Finnegan; son: Mike (Michelle) Doba and their children Ivey, Kai, and Elisha; daughter: Meredith (Curt) Alspaugh and their daughter Eleanor; her brother: James E. (Janette) Mansfield; along with nieces: Laura and Kari; and nephew: Brian.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and special friend: Howard “Shorty” Benner.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022, from 3-8 PM at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home Gladwin, MI. She will be laid to rest at Flint Memorial Park on Friday, September 2, 2022, 11:00 A.M. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
