Linda Caldwell, 71, of Gladwin, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the Horizon Senior Living in Gladwin following a lengthy illness. She was born on December 13, 1949, the daughter of Donald and Wilma (Brewer) Caldwell in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Linda loved teaching health in Wisconsin and at Ogemaw High School in West Branch. She was a varsity volleyball coach and certified athletic trainer, a group facilitator with student assistance programs, and a long standing volunteer with Hospice of Gladwin Area. Nature and her beloved Green Bay Packers were always close to her heart.
She is survived by her wife of 38 years: Sally Hightower, sister: Diana (Bill) Bushon of Everett, WA and niece: Jennifer (Rick) Ralls of Cocolala, ID.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Donald and Wilma Caldwell.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. www.hall-kokotovichfuneralhome.com
