Kathleen Vulders

Kathleen Vulders, age 77, of Beaverton, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. She was born on August 22, 1948, the daughter of Lorenzo and Leatha (Euper) Irish, in Flint. She married the love of her life, Steven Vulders. Together they shared 53 years filled with love and cherished memories until he preceded her in death in January of 2026.

Kathleen enjoyed playing dice and card games. She enjoyed attending the Church of Daniel’s Band Highwood Branch. She also loved going to garage sales hoping to find a good deal.

She is survived by her children: Lisa Fink and partner Jeff Doane, Gwen Vulders, Steven (Missy) Vulders; grandchildren: Erin Fink and partner Christian Kelsey, Julia Fink, Haley (Denver) Lawrence and expected son, Weston, due in August, Caitlin Vulders, and Hunter Vulders; siblings: Gene (Connie) Irish, Connie (Tom) Schneider, Sheryl (Charlie) Wilber, Vickie (Marty) Dubiel, Joan Irish Eschelman, Keith (Ester) Irish.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Steven; parents: Lorenzo and Leatha; and siblings: Lois (Irish) Little, Doug Irish, Lyle Irish, Lorraine (Irish) Almasy, Carolyn (Irish) Brock, Ellen Irish, Judy (Irish) Little, and Ed Irish.

Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial services will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin.
