Joseph T. McClellan, 73, of Gladwin, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021, at his home. He was born on March 2, 1948, the son of Stanley and Helen (Osgan) McClellan in Pontiac. After school, Joseph served his county in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was united with marriage to Sharon Hiner on December 31, 1981 in Oakland County. Joseph was owned his own business Northland Excavating until his retirement. He has lived in Gladwin for the past 30 years, previously residing in Madison Heights.

Left to cherish his memory are wife: Sharon of Gladwin; sons: Joseph McClellan II and Keith (Jennifer) Caples; daughter: Teea Caples; grandchildren: Andrew, Marissa, Charlotte, and Mackenzie; great grandchildren: Arya and Riley; along with a brother: Jim McClellan.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.
