John "Johnny" Elliott III

John “Johnny” Elliott III, age 55, of Gladwin, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. He was born on July 22, 1971, the son of John Elliott Jr. and Sharon Madick. Johnny was employed as an electrician for many years. On August 5, 1995, he married the love of his life, Michelle Bruff. Together they shared several years filled with love and cherished memories.

Johnny was an outdoorsman, often spending his free time hunting and fishing. He liked to work with his hands, woodworking, blade sharpening, and working on cars or anything that had a motor. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, cherishing the moments he spent with them.

He is survived by his wife: Michelle Elliott; children: Kayla (Donnie) Kuehl, Kyle Elliott, and Kade Elliott; grandchildren: Addisyn, Brynley, Peyton, Oaklynn, Sammy, Bellamy, and Maverick; mother-in-law: Nancy Bruff; sister-in-law: Robin (Doug) MacGregor; brother-in-law: Skip (Sherry) Bruff; aunt: Cherie (Dallas) West; cousins: Jackie (James) Katkic and Kelly (Dennis) Brisson; along with several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father: John Elliott Jr; father-in-law: Ray Bruff; and grandmother: Betty.

Funeral services will take place on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, in Gladwin. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
