John Lyle Edwards, age 70, of Gladwin, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025. He was born on December 19, 1954, the son of John and Betty (Reff) Edwards, in Oakland County. John was a dedicated employee at General Motors for many years until his retirement. John had a love for guns, knives, and jewelry.
He is survived by his daughter: Elizabeth Edwards; grandson: Steven Bacon; and sister: Joni Woodcum.
He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Betty; daughter: Sheila Edwards; and his siblings.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
