Gladys Huff

Gladys Huff, age 73, of Harrison, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026. She was born on January 5, 1953, the daughter of Nelson and Alma (Wellman) Bailey, in Flint. On August 19, 2000. She married James Huff. Together, they shared 14 years filled with love and cherished memories until he preceded her in death in 2014. Gladys loved playing pool and was even on a league for several years and loved reading.

She is survived by her children: Renee (Beau) Brand and Anthony (Marcia Palmer) Carter; grandchildren: Kayla Hobbs, Justin Heath, Natalee Murphy, and Anthony Carter Jr.; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings: Karen (Ron) Zaborowski, Nelson Bailey, Richard (Deanna) Bailey, Stanley Bailey, Rex Bailey, and Ron (Deanna) Bailey; brother-in-law; Robert Cobleigh; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband: James; parents: Nelson and Alma; sister: Linda Cobleigh; and sister-in-law: Melody Bailey.

Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the Hamilton Township Hall. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
