Clinton Labadie, age 80, of Gladwin, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025. He was born on April 14, 1945, in Wyandotte, Michigan, to Joseph and Dorothy Labadie.
Clinton had a passion for woodworking and spent many years working as a carpenter. He was known for his great sense of humor and love of comedy, even performing as a stand-up comedian. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Blacky.
He is survived by his daughters, Diane Labadie and Kim Demonbreun; son, Joe Labadie; grandchildren, Brent, Jana’e, Jocelyn, and Zachary; and great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Brayden, Myana, and Ethan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Hope Labadie.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services are planned at this time.
