Chris “L.C.” Whitmer

Chris “L.C.” Whitmer II, age 51, of Beaverton passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, along with his father: Chris “Stanley” Whitmer I and uncle: Ronald G. Whitmer. He was born on August 28, 1974, the son of Chris “Stanley” and Beverly (Forshee) Whitmer I, in Spain. Chris was a former Operator at Dow Chemical for several years. He married the love of his life, Tasia LaFave, and together they shared several years of love and cherished memories.

L.C. enjoyed hunting and fishing. His family was everything to him and he deeply cherished the time he was able to spend with his children, grandchildren, and parents.

He survived by his wife: Tasia; children: Coey (Allie) Whitmer and Cole Whitmer; grandchildren: Claire, Clay, and Cami; brothers: Dennis (Melissa) Whitmer and Adam (Melissa Olney) Whitmer; mother: Beverly Whitmer; Jacob Nixon, Brady Butler, Colton Ritchie, and Dalton Staley; along with several nephews and extended family.

Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
